Data Privacy Statement


The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Therefore, we strictly comply with the legal requirements when collecting and processing your personal data. In the following, we would like to inform you in detail about the scope and purpose of our data processing as well as your rights as the person affected by the data processing.    


Principle of anonymous use of our website (s)


The use of our website is basically possible without providing personal data. When you visit our website, information such as your IP address will be transmitted to us. This information provides information about the end device used (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.), the browser used (Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, etc.), the time of access to our website, the amount of data transmitted, and the like. We do not use this information to identify the individual user. The information only serves to determine the attractiveness of our website, to constantly improve its content and to make it even more interesting for you. For the sake of completeness, however, we point out that in the case of a static IP address, it is fundamentally possible to establish a personal reference via a RIPE query. Such RIPE queries are not carried out by us.

We use the personal data provided by you only to the extent that your data is necessary for the fulfillment of the respective purpose (eg sending information material and advertising, answering a question, enabling access to certain information) and / or this is permitted by law ( the sending of advertising and information material to existing customers). The purpose of processing your data is to operate the website with information, presentation and offering of our services of a music publisher. Any further use of your data will only take place if you have previously expressly consented to it. You can revoke your consent at any time for the future.    


Storage Time


We store data that you have provided to us exclusively for customer service or marketing and information purposes until three years after your last contact with us, unless you revoke your consent before then. In the event of a contract being concluded, your personal data will be stored after the contract has been fully processed until the expiry of the warranty, guarantee, limitation and statutory retention periods applicable to us, and beyond this until the end of any legal disputes in which the data is required as evidence.


Data Transmission

A transfer of your data to third parties does not take place, unless we are legally obliged to do so, the data transfer is necessary for the execution of the contractual relationship or you have previously expressly consented to the disclosure of your data. External service providers and partner companies, such as the shipping company commissioned with the delivery or other cooperation partners, will only receive your data if this is necessary for the execution of the contract or the processing of your order. As far as our service providers come into contact with your personal data, we ensure that they comply with the provisions of data protection laws in the same way as we do. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties or otherwise marketed.    



In order to improve our website and to make the use of it as optimal as possible, we use cookies. Cookies store information, such as your language setting, the duration of your visit to our website or your entries there. This avoids having to re-enter all necessary data for every use. As the data subject, you have the right to request information about whether and, if so, which personal data about your are being processed. For your own protection - so that nobody informs strangers about your data - it may be necessary for us to verify their identity in a suitable manner.


Right to rectification and cancellation


You have the right to demand the rectification of incorrect personal data relating to you or - taking into account the purposes of data processing - the completion of incomplete personal data and the deletion of your data without delay.


Right to restriction of processing


You have the right to restrict the processing of all personal data collected. As of the restriction request, this data will only be processed with individual consent or for the assertion and enforcement of legal claims.


Right to data portability


You may request the unimpeded and unrestricted transfer of collected personal data to a third party.


Right to Object to the Processing of Personal Data

You may at any time object to the processing of personal data relating to you that is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of the controller or a third party for reasons that arise from your particular situation. Your data will not be processed after opposition, unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is for the purpose of asserting, pursuing or defending legal claims. You may object to the processing of data for the purpose of direct mail at any time with implications for the future.

If you take a measure to enforce your above-mentioned rights under the GDPR, Dr. Radosch Mediendienstleistungen GmbH immediately, but at the latest within one month after receipt of your application for the requested action to comment or comply with the request. We will act on all reasonable requests free of charge and as soon as possible in accordance with applicable law.


Legal remedies


The data protection authority is responsible for requests concerning violation of the right to information, violation of the rights to confidentiality, to rectification or to deletion.
